RW Senior Housing Development has acquired 215 Texas SNF beds. The deal for properties in San Angelo and Dripping Springs closed on April 1, 2019. RW SHD immediately adds 18m in value to its overall portfolio and 7m in instant equity.

November 2018 RW Senior Housing Development affiliate closes on a $5 million HUD loan.
Cedar Hills Geriatric Center has closed on a $5 million HUD loan. Cedar Hills utilized NYC based lender Greystone for the project which began with a bridge loan 2 years ago. Cedar Hills is an 86-bed nursing home in West Texas with an average occupancy being greater than 95% consistently over the last 5 years.
September 2018 RW Senior Housing Development actively pursuing a land acquisition in San Angelo, TX for new nursing home.
RW SHD is working with the San Angelo economic development team, city, and reality brokers in selecting a greater than 5-acre parcel for its soon to be constructed 119-bed state of the art skilled nursing home. RW SHD has narrowed the selection down to 3 parcels and has a goal to purchase before year-end.
August 2018 RW Senior Housing Development Securing Capital.
RW SHD has begun very favorable discussions with several major lenders and funds for the development of various senior housing projects. This would include several skilled nursing facilities with a focus on “age in place” senior housing projects. RW SHD and lenders are discussing the allocation of 15-25m in capital.
July 2018 RW Senior Housing Development awarded Texas skilled nursing CON.
RW SHD was awarded a 90-bed Certificate of Need to build a nursing home in Tom Green County in Texas. The project has received overwhelming community support and will be groundbreaking in early 2019. RW SHD will not only build but own and operate the skilled nursing facility.

RW SHD has applied and has two Texas Certificate of Needs. RW SHD will be looking to develop, own, and operate new skilled nursing facilities in Hardin and Uvalde Counties.
